moidl’s lokäischn - pardon?! 

Where people meet for breakfast, brunch with friends, a coffee or a slice of chocolate cake. Where you can quickly buy a sweet souvenir to take home, where there is always something delicious, home-made from Anna, that's moidls lokäischn, a very special meeting place. The somewhat special name (“Moidl” is the nickname for “Maria” or “Mary”) is intended to express our attachment to tradition and at the same time our openness to new things.

Are you staying in our holiday flats? Then it's best to stock up on tasty treats for your breakfast table in the moidls shop. Here you will find fresh food such as bread and cakes from our village bakery, fresh dairy products, sausage and cheese, fruit and vegetables, soft drinks, wine and spirits and regional specialities from South Tyrol. And if you don't want to set your own breakfast table for a change, we look forward to your morning visit for an extended breakfast with us at moidls.

A quick coffee in between, a long chat with friends, a brunch on Mother’s Day or a long breakfast with your loved one ‒ moidl’s lokäischn is much more than just a café. Originating from a historic inn, we at moidl’s want to offer space for cosiness, hospitality and warmth - for our guests as well as for residents of the surrounding area. After all, harmonious coexistence is more than just a concern for us.

Our family-run business has been a meeting place for old and young, locals and guests for more than 120 years, and this is not least thanks to our cohesion as a family and our strong team spirit. We run the restaurant together with our eldest daughter Anna, a qualified service specialist with honours and a passionate cook. She makes the ooohs and aaaahs at breakfast and prepares dumplings in six different variations for our shop, various types of jam and juices and the souvenirs for home that you can buy in our shop. She is also your contact for any questions about raw materials and the preparation of food, drinks, wines and aperitifs. You can meet us somewhere in or around the guesthouse from early in the morning to late at night. In short, everywhere & nowhere!
