When you stay at the Bircher, you receive the activeCard Sterzing free of charge for the duration of your stay.

In order to confirm your reservation, all we ask is to contact us. We generally only accept cancellations of reservations in written form:
for cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100%
in case of no-show or prior departure we charge 100% of the total amount.
one day prior to arrival: 30%
in case of a cancellation less than one month before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount.
more than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
We hope you understand that your apartment is not usually ready to occupy before 3.00 p.m, as we need some time to prepare everything for you. Your apartment is available to you until 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.
The reception is open from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm, should you arrive after 19:00, please contact us in time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. The deposit paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of € 10. In the event of cancellation less after 21 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the total cost. On the day of arrival 100% will be charged. In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival or early departure, we will also charge 100% of the total amount.
